Q Corp to Merge with HealthInsight

HealthInsight Management Corporation, HealthInsight Oregon and Q Corp have approved an agreement for Q Corp to merge with HealthInsight. Board approval of the merger follows six months of joint exploration as part of a strategic partnership development contract, announced last August. Over the next six months, our organizational leaders will work together to finalize a governance and leadership plan, realign corporate structure and staffing, and finalize integration. Mylia Christensen will continue to serve as executive director of both Q Corp and HealthInsight Oregon.

Last week Q Corp Senior Program Director Kate Elliott facilitated a national webinar for the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, a CMS-funded initiative to support more than 140,000 clinician practices over the next four years in sharing, adapting and further developing their comprehensive quality improvement strategies.
