Q Corp is pleased to announce the release of its second round of Clinic Comparison Reports. Earlier this month, reports were sent to 176 primary care clinics across the state. The purpose of the Clinic Comparison Report is to demonstrate variation in cost, utilization and quality compared to the state average. The Clinic Comparison Report displays information based on medical and pharmacy claims data for patients attributed to a given primary care clinic. The report is based on claims for commercially insured patients in the Q Corp database. Data includes all of the attributed patients’ claims data, regardless of where care was received. The Clinic Comparison Reports were designed and developed by Q Corp with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and with guidance from Q Corp’s Cost of Care Steering Committee, Measurement and Reporting Committee and other stakeholders. Our shared goal is to help multiple stakeholders achieve the Triple Aim outcomes of a healthy population, exceptional patient care and affordable costs.
